Most patients open your site in the evening, on a phone, and decide within a few minutes whether it is worth calling the next day. That window is where most appointments are lost.
Looks are rarely the problem. Clinic websites generally look acceptable. What is usually missing is a clear path from the moment a patient has a problem to the moment they have a time booked.
In practice it goes like this. Someone opens the page and finds a list of specialties written in brochure language. They cannot see whether the doctor they need works on Tuesdays. They find no indicative price for a consultation. The form asks for too many fields and confirms nothing after sending. The message then lands in an inbox the front desk opens the next day.
Meanwhile, the clinic is paying for campaigns that send traffic to exactly this page.
Instant online booking, the way it works for a restaurant or a car service, is rarely realistic in healthcare. Doctors schedules change from one week to the next, and the length of a consultation depends on what the doctor finds, not on a fixed slot. That is why most attempts at fully automatic medical booking end up misfiring.
What can be built is predictability. The patient sees who is consulting and on which days, understands what happens after they send the request, and the request reaches the front desk with everything needed, the same day.
Who consults, on which days and in which slots. The patient knows in advance when it makes sense to call, without guessing.
The booking request goes into the software the front desk uses, with complete details, not into an inbox someone opens the next day.
Each specialty gets its own page, with the relevant doctors and indications. That is how it becomes visible in search.

We build the structure and ask the questions. The clinical answers come from your doctors.

We have also worked on the digital product side in healthcare, on a telemedicine app for rehabilitation. If your conversation is about a product rather than a brochure site, the terms and the budget are different, but the ground is familiar to us.
Our prices are public, for every service. These are the starting points. You get the range for your own project from the configurator, in under a minute, without writing to us.

Advertising medical services is regulated, and the rules are stricter than in other fields. The communication has to stay factual, with no promises of results and no comparisons with other providers. We write within those limits, and in borderline cases we send the copy to the coordinating doctor for approval before publishing.
A booking form collects information that falls under sensitive data, because the reason for the visit says something about a person state of health. That means hosting inside the European Union, encrypted transmission, access limited to the people who need it, and a retention period set from the start. This data never reaches marketing or analytics tools.
In most cases yes, if that software offers an API or at least an export. We check this before starting the project. If the system is closed, we tell you in the first conversation what options are left.
The page structure, the questions and the final form are ours. The clinical part comes from your team, because we do not produce medical content. In practice this works best: we send a set of questions, a doctor answers briefly, and we turn the answers into pages.
A web project takes a minimum of 15 days and can run to a few months, depending on complexity. For a clinic, the variation comes from the number of specialties and how fast we receive medically approved copy. The stage that delays these projects most often is the clinical sign-off.
Yes. A single-doctor practice needs a different site from a multidisciplinary clinic, and it costs differently. The starting point is public on the pricing page, and you can work out the range for your own project in the configurator.
You can carry on by yourself, or continue with a monthly retainer covering creative, campaigns and content updates. Retainers start at 550 € per month and are published in full, with everything they include.
You pick the project type, answer a few questions and see your range.
A healthcare project taken from identity through to campaigns, documented step by step.
What we deliver to a clinic every month, with the real volumes, not promises.
A thirty-minute conversation is enough for both of us to know whether we fit. If we do not, we tell you in that first conversation.
